Item arrived quickly and nicely packaged. As there are no measurements listed in the description the shell itself is larger than I had expected. The letters inside were perfectly cast, so nice and clear and even. However, the locket pops open often and randomly and is temperamental to close. The extension chain is made of soldered pieces and arrived with a jagged edge where it had been snipped to size which scratched my neck repeatedly. I had to remove the entire extension chain from the jump ring to solve this issue.
